Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation and eligibility of applicants for the GVMC One Cent Project. By applying for this project, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Eligibility Criteria The applicant must be a resident of the designated area and meet the eligibility guidelines set by GVMC. The applicant must provide valid identity proof, residence proof, and any other required documents. Only one application per household is allowed under this scheme.

2. Application Process All applications must be submitted online or at the designated GVMC offices. The applicant must provide accurate and truthful information. Any false or misleading information will result in disqualification. GVMC reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on eligibility and document verification.

3. Payment Terms Applicants must pay the required fees as per the project guidelines. Payment must be made through authorized payment channels only. Any additional charges, such as processing fees or transaction charges, are the applicant's responsibility.

4. Land Allocation & Usage The land allotted under this project is for personal residential use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Applicants cannot sell, transfer, or lease the land without prior approval from GVMC. Any misuse of the allotted land will result in cancellation of the allotment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy GVMC reserves the right to cancel any allotment if the applicant is found to be in violation of the terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund Policy. Any disputes regarding cancellations will be resolved as per GVMC’s discretion.

6. Compliance with Laws Applicants must comply with all local, state, and national laws related to land acquisition and ownership. Any disputes arising from the project will be subject to the jurisdiction of the respective courts.

7. Modification of Terms GVMC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Applicants are encouraged to regularly check the official GVMC website for updates.
